So often we approach conflict with the intention of resolution. This can be what actually gets in the way of the conversation being productive. The other things that get in the way of productive conflict are our numerous beliefs, fears, worries, and concerns about conflict.In the Productive Conflict Course you will gather and experience the tools to prepare you to be ready for productive conflict at any moment. You will also leave the weekend with a proven, practical, and applicable method to approach conflict productively.

Course Details:

  • Saturday, October 26 – 9:00am – approx. 6:00pm & Sunday, October 27 - 9:00am – approx. 4:00pm

  • In-person in Tallahassee, FL

  • Cost: $495 per person

  • Payment plans available and must be paid in full by October 25
