Assistants’ Role is Vital and Important!
So, you’re thinking about assisting? YAY! Assisting is not only a rewarding experience because you get to serve the students and the mission of Your Infinite Life, it is also fulfilling because you will have an opportunity to deepen your own learning. As you learned in your course and the courses you may have assisted in the past, personal development is an ongoing, life-long endeavor.
Your Infinite Life’s learning culture means that we place a lot of value on learning to be more of who we want to be in the world. This is primarily the reason students attend our courses. Therefore, your learning and willingness to be in learning is what is most inspiring for the students. We have designed a system for assistants that fosters learning, as well as encourages support for those you will be assisting.
Every course begins on Friday evening with all the assistants diving deeper into one of the concepts taught in the course you will be attending. In addition, you will receive important training to insure your success in the role of assistant.
Before you learn more about the details of the course, please take the time to read through the vision and values. These are important for you to be familiar with because as assistants, you are expected to uphold these values and you are a representative of Your Infinite Life in a course and it will be good to know about the company you are representing.

What is magnificence? Magnificence is much more than that moment of experiencing your greatness, although that is magnificent. Magnificence is that moment you feel angry and rather than hurting someone, instead treat them with firm kindness. Magnificence is when you feel hurt and allow yourself to feel the feelings from your tender heart, rather than just telling someone how they hurt you. Magnificence is when you are afraid, and allow your body to feel the fear with an open heart, and then honor your innate wisdom about what to do. Magnificence is feeling sad, while knowing that you deeply care. Magnificence is committing to a life of learning and a willingness to look inside to find answers that may have been hidden. Magnificence is learning to be at ease with making mistakes, and learning to love and be loved unconditionally.
